Deleting data

This information applies to all users of the Tumtantur application.

• Tumtantur collects and stores personal data that you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and address information used for service bookings.
• To request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us by email at support@tumtantur.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• In your email, please include your full name, the email address registered to your account, and your phone number so we can locate and verify your account.
• Once your identity has been confirmed, our team will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.
• Please note that some data may be retained where required by law, such as transaction records needed for tax or financial compliance purposes. This data will not be used for any other purpose.
